The members of our firm are just part of a larger network of legal and professional resources. We have close ties with colleagues in nearly ever field of law practice locally and internationally. We also call on an impressive group of investigative and forensic experts to provide advisory and evidentiary support to our clients’ cases. We are members of two international law groups, the INBLF and AEA, whose members are located in major cities around the world. We can find a competent colleague nearly anywhere in a short time. We also have excellent local and international contacts through the Canadian Bar Association, the ADR Institute of Canada and Ontario, the Better Business Bureau, ADR Chambers International, the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists and the Canadian Jewish Congress. We are also able to serve clients in languages other than English. Some lawyers in our firm are fluent in French, Romanian, Spanish and Armenian. Igor Ellyn is the founding partner of the firm and a senior commercial litigator. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1973, Mr. Ellyn was designated Queen's Counsel in 1985 and has been certified by the Law Society as a Specialist in Civil Litigation since 1989. He is also Honourary Legal Counsel of Canadian Jewish Congress, Ontario Region. Mr. Ellyn acts as legal counsel in litigation and arbitrations in English and French. Orie H. Niedzviecki -Orie is a member of the Ontario Bar and has practiced commercial litigation for more than six years. He is also admitted to the Bar of the District of Columbia and is conversant with many aspects of U.S. law. For a Complete Bio click here.

Evelyn Perez Youssoufian is a litigation associate in the firm. She provides services to clients in support of partners of the firm and independently. Evelyn has appeared in the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Provincial Offences Court. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. She articled at a well-respected Ottawa firm and had practiced criminal law with senior counsel in Toronto before joining our firm. She received an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law of the University of Windsor and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy.
