Julia practices Family Law with a focus on divorce, separation, custody, access and support, property division and domestic contracts.
Julia is certified in the practice of Collaborative Family Law, an alternative to traditional litigation which emphasizes out-of-court resolution.
Julia is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Julia is also on the panel of the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. She is a member of the Peel Law Association, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Peel-Halton Collaborative Family Law Association, Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations.
Julia’s educational credentials include:
· Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto
· L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall, York University
· Collaborative Family Law Certification, Levels I & II
